Vera asked Bennett Midland to design and build a research database to help policy-makers quickly assess how new juvenile justice initiatives are performing and whether program goals are being achieved. To manage this nationwide operation and track outcomes across multiple sites, Vera developed a simple program management application that provides case management and performance tracking. Vera asked Bennett Midland to enhance the original application so that it could be rapidly deployed across the program sites, and to provide technical assistance to network administrators and users during the launch. Bennett Midland also produced a comprehensive set of operational protocols for clients and program administrators. learn more: Information Technology |
