Since its inception, the board has sought to proliferate systems that facilitate the exchange of information vital to crime-fighting efforts. Bennett Midland was engaged to assess the board’s approach and make recommendations to strengthen it. Working with the Chief Information Officers for each participating agency, along with executives from the state’s Office for Technology and Division of Budget, we reviewed the accomplishments and procedures of the Integrated Justice Advisory Board, identified significant issues and constraints, and made recommendations to improve structure, mission, and operations. learn more: Operations |
